A celebration of Italy&#8217;s food and wine, organised for the fourth year by the Italian editorial office of the famous American magazine Food&amp;Wine, directed by Federico De Cesare Viola, which took place on November 28<sup>th<\/sup> at the evocative Sala Cinecitt\u00e0 of <em>La Casa del Cinema<\/em> in Villa Borghese in Rome.<\/p>\n<p>It was a great festival that recognised, in addition to emerging stars, many prominent names in the catering industry, with awards ranging from the best chef to the best restaurant <em>interior design<\/em>, to the most interesting cheese trolley, and where Surgiva was a partner for its unique quality characteristics, that have been recognised by great chefs and sommeliers who for years have been choosing it to accompany the gastronomic proposals of their restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>Acknowledged as one of the Italian water brands with the lowest fixed residue, an indication of its extraordinary lightness, Surgiva confirmed its exclusivity once again on this occasion.
