19 May Surgiva and Ferrari Trento celebrate a decade of solidarity with “Restaurants Against Hunger”
Surgiva natural mineral water and Ferrari Trento proudly honoured, as partners, the 10-year anniversary event of Restaurants Against Hunger, the charitable initiative led by Action Against Hunger. The event took place at the IBVA Foundation in Milan and marked a significant milestone in the organization’s collaboration with the hospitality sector to combat global hunger.
Restaurants Against Hunger has engaged, from the very beginning, more than 300 entities—including restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, and national chains—to raise vital funds for programs addressed to food insecurity. The anniversary event highlighted the tangible results of these efforts, featuring firsthand stories from individuals, who were sustained both in Italy and around the world.
As part of the celebration, special recognition was given to participating venues that demonstrated exceptional commitment to fundraising. Among the recipients of the Platinum Award 2024, which honours contributions exceeding €3,000, was Locanda Margon—the Michelin-starred restaurant of Gruppo Lunelli, led by Chef Edoardo Fumagalli.
The participation of Surgiva and Ferrari Trento reflects the Gruppo Lunelli’s long-standing dedication to social responsibility and to initiatives that foster solidarity and support for vulnerable communities.
“This partnership is particularly meaningful,” commented Camilla Lunelli, Director of Communications and Sustainability for Gruppo Lunelli. “It brings together culinary excellence and social impact—two areas that are deeply aligned with the values of both Ferrari Trento and Surgiva.”
Gruppo Lunelli remains committed to championing initiatives that contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future through collaboration, awareness, and action.
