22 Dec Surgiva official water of the Food&Wine Italia Awards 2023: the excellence of Italian food and wine awarded in Rome
This year Surgiva was the official water of the Food&Wine Italia Awards for the first time. A celebration of Italy’s food and wine, organised for the fourth year by the Italian editorial office of the famous American magazine Food&Wine, directed by Federico De Cesare Viola, which took place on November 28th at the evocative Sala Cinecittà of La Casa del Cinema in Villa Borghese in Rome.
It was a great festival that recognised, in addition to emerging stars, many prominent names in the catering industry, with awards ranging from the best chef to the best restaurant interior design, to the most interesting cheese trolley, and where Surgiva was a partner for its unique quality characteristics, that have been recognised by great chefs and sommeliers who for years have been choosing it to accompany the gastronomic proposals of their restaurants.
Acknowledged as one of the Italian water brands with the lowest fixed residue, an indication of its extraordinary lightness, Surgiva confirmed its exclusivity once again on this occasion.
