Acqua Surgiva remains partnered with the Italian Sommelier Association

Surgiva reconfirms itself as the official water of the Italian Sommelier Association and returns to accompany all the important events organised by AIS, starting with the National Congress, held in Genova from the 24th to the 26th of November.

A highly successful event, which in its 55th edition, turned into a true convention open to the public. It will be an enthralling programme, comprising of side activities with appointments, debates, itineraries and initiatives on topical issues. It will also host the National Council, the Members’ Assembly and a round table entitled ‘Landscape and Climate Change’.

Surgiva, present at all wine-tasting events, confirms itself as the ideal water to accompany wine-tasting, thanks to its lightness and neutral flavour, ensured by its extremely low fixed residue of just 41 mg/l. Offered on the market exclusively in clear glass, in a design and material that are ideal for enhancing its organoleptic characteristics, Surgiva arrives at  an high altitude spring in the heart of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park after a long underground journey. It is the only water that can boast the park’s mark – an organisation that Gruppo Lunelli has supported for years with many initiatives.

Surgiva defines itself as a ‘taste accomplice’, the perfect accompaniment to wine, but also to fine food.

The long-standing collaboration with AIS also gave rise to the ‘Surgiva Award’, which each year rewards the Association’s territorial delegation that distinguishes itself for innovative or particularly effective activities in the dissemination of beverage culture.
